Join Hunter and Kelsey for a fascinating evening learning, discussing, tasting and seeing the power of the six pillars of lifestyle medicine to begin or continue your journey to be in command of your and your family's health. Hunter is a double board-certified Family and Lifestyle Medicine physician, and Kelsey is a licensed Food for Life instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Together they will team up to offer a lecture and Q&A followed by a group harvest from the Pick Your Own Healthcare fields and interactive cooking demonstration. The evening will conclude with a sit-down Farm to Table plant-based dinner immersed in discussion and community.

** Parents- skip coordinating a babysitter!! We welcome your children here for their own program held onsite at the farm during the adult program. The children’s programing will include a farm craft, a walk/run, a smoothie preparation and enjoyment, stories and dinner too. Cost is $15/child. Please let us know if your child (or you) have any allergies.
