Kickstart 6: Digestive Health

Good Bacteria, Bad Bacteria, Probiotics, IBS, Yogurt?  Help!  Join me for a riveting and absolutely empowering evening learning more about the incredible battle of good and evil (bugs) going on in our very stomachs and the impact that battle, and our contributions(!) have on nearly every aspect of our health.  We will be treated to a quick lecture from Dr. Vanita Rahman of the Barnard Medical Center and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington D.C. on evidenced based medical insights, discuss what most fascinated or confused us together, and continue our discussion while watching cooking demonstrations of 3 delicious and practical recipes.  You will also receive recipes, PCRM literature on the topic and other helpful documents to keep.  It will be filled with insight, empowerment, and fun.  So looking forward to joining together with you on Tuesday, April 17th.  The zoom link for the class will be emailed to you the day before our class begins.
