Food for Life: Food + Mood- Wacky Hormones Check ONLINE

$14.00

February, it’s a moody month, and thankfully our food can impact our mood…dramatically! Food is medicine in all areas, including our hormones. Come enjoy the introduction to our Food & Hormones (Your Body in Balance) class series to get started on understanding the impact our food choices have on the hormones pulsating through our bodies. In our class we’ll be treated to a short lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard from George Washington University, we’ll discuss and reflect together, and then enjoy a cooking demonstration of 3 practical recipes for getting started. You will receive recipes, PCRM literature on the topic and other helpful documents to keep. As a reminder, the zoom link will be emailed to you the day before class.

~Looking forward to learning, wondering, laughing and becoming empowered together on Tuesday, February 28th from 6:30-8:30pm.~
