Join Kelsey as she leads a discussion and demonstrates how to prepare 3 delicious recipes following a video of a physician-led lecture outlining the latest scientific research in medical literature showcasing the incredible power of food on our brains, and its ability to maintain memory throughout the decades… including for those genetically predisposed to Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia (carriers of APOE).

The program includes the short 15minute lecture, a discussion, 3 cooking demonstrations and discussion, as well as samples to taste together, of course!

Food for Life is an award-winning nutrition education and cooking class program that provides an innovative approach to diet-related chronic diseases.
