Food for Life: Natural Appetite Control ONLINE

Tuesday, January 17th from 6:30-8:30pm on ZOOM

A few weeks into January and joy-filled weight management, actually feeling full, and not counting calories still seems like a good idea.  Thus, please join me for an exciting zoom class filled with empowering information on how to actually keep a healthy weight while also improving your overall health in all major categories- heart (cholesterol/blood pressure), brain, hormone and cancer + diabetes prevention.  You will be delighted to learn the immense power of food on our health and weight, and to learn recipes that taste delicious and are practical to make.  We'll hear a lecture from a registered dietician at the Barnard Medical Center in Washington D.C., discuss and continue our discussion while watching cooking demonstrations of 3 delicious and practical recipes.  You will also receive recipes, PCRM literature on the topic and other helpful documents to keep. As a reminder, the zoom link will be emailed to you the day before class.
