Join Hunter and Kelsey for an evening learning, discussing, tasting and seeing the power of food, fitness and social connection to begin or continue your journey to be in command of your and your family's health. Hunter is a double board-certified Family and Lifestyle Medicine physician, and Kelsey is a licensed Food for Life instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Together they will team up to offer a lecture and Q&A followed by a group harvest from the Pick Your Own Healthcare fields and cooking demonstration. The evening will conclude with a sit-down Farm to Table plant-based dinner immersed in discussion and community.
